What is the impact?
Eggtooth has changed my life
I feel like a new person, more confident and capable of handling my anxiety. I can’t thank you enough.”
I was at breaking point and felt so alone
But the group is amazing and has made me feel so much better about myself and life.
If it wasn’t for eggtooth, my daughter wouldn’t be here
For years she was pushed under the carpet for therapy by the NHS/CAMHS. We came to Eggtooth and after the first session my child who would never speak to a stranger came out and you could instantly see the relief on her face.
Eggtooth is a massive part of my life, it is my safe space
If myself and others’ couldn’t access eggtooth then I don’t know where else we’d go, many people’s mental health would deteriorate. There’s nowhere like Eggtooth around!”
Thanks to Eggtooth, I now have hope for the future
The therapy sessions have made a huge difference in my life.
Therapy is a godsend
Regardless of whether you think you need it or not.

Why Eggtooth
Initial Assessment: Every client begins with an assessment call. We will explore your current situation, why you’re seeking support, and what outcomes you hope to achieve. This helps us match you with the most suitable Practitioner and therapeutic approach.
Expert Practitioners: We work with a team of 50 experienced therapists and creative Practitioners, this enables us to help you access specialised support. We know it is difficult to find the right person or approach to support you and we are here to help you make that decision.
Robust Support: From the moment someone is referred, we provide ongoing, wrap-around support, not just for the individual but for their families as well. Our team keeps open lines of communication to ensure everyone involved feels supported and informed.
Fast Turnaround: We understand that when it comes to mental health, time matters. We are a small team but we ensure we prioritise getting in touch. You will receive contact from us within a few days and sessions are normally set up within 4-6 weeks.
Proven Outcomes for children: We are committed to delivering real, measurable outcomes. Time and again, young people who engage with our services experience reduced anxiety, improved emotional well-being, and strengthened family relationships.
We work closely with families and referrers to track progress and adjust our care to ensure lasting positive change through the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scales.
Flexible Payment Options: You will be invoiced before every session and we offer easy payment methods for your convenience including direct debit and credit card payment.
How do I use your service?
You can easily self-refer into our service by filling out the online referral form.
The process
Once submitted, a member of our referrals team will contact you to arrange an assessment call.
During this call, we’ll gather more information about your current challenges and discuss how we can best support you.
After the assessment, your referral will be discussed in a referrals meeting to determine the best therapeutic support and Practitioner for your needs. The therapist or practitioner, will then get in touch with you by phone or email to arrange dates and times for the sessions.
The Eggtooth administration team will then be emailing over your confirmation paperwork which you will need to read and respond to. Your Referral Coordinator will be available, throughout your journey with Eggtooth to answer any questions or concerns.
